How to Request a Refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@tomynova.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed for shipping (typically within 24 hours of ordering). Once shipped, an order falls under the guarantee terms above.
Non-Refundable
Free gift items and gift-card credits hold no cash value and are not separately refundable.
